- 50 ml Caleño
- 20 ml Pineapple juice
- 15 ml 2:1 Sugar syrup or gomme*
- 6-8 Mint leaves
- Rocks glass
- Cocktail Shaker
- Shake it, strain it into an ice-filled glass, and garnish with a sprig of mint.
- *Sugar Syrup/Gomme: Warm 2 parts sugar & 1 part water over medium heat. Stir until dissolved. Let cool.
