Eins Zwei Zero Sparkling Riesling

blue and white can of mini non alcoholic sparkling wine with Riesling

Most known for their terroir driven riesling, Lietz produces a line of non-alcoholic products, including a non-alcoholic sparkling riesling, sparkling rosé, and still riesling wines under the label Eins Zwei Zero. Like some others listed, the Eins Zwei Zero Sparkling Riesling has a bit of residual sugar, but bubbles tend to tone that down, resulting in a more balanced flavor with minerality.

This sparkling riesling is vacuum distilled rather than dealcoholized – a gentler process for removing alcohol and preserving flavors and aromas in non-alcoholic beverages. The cans are 250ml (8.45oz) and can be purchased individually.

Best Rosé Sparkling

Sovi Sparkling Rosé

white and pink can with box of 4 mini non-alcoholic champagne

The founders of Sovi Sparkling Rosé approach non-alcoholic wine in a new way. They work with California farmers to grow grapes specifically for non-alcoholic wine production. This is because the sugar content needs to be different in an alcohol free beverage to feel balanced. Sovi’s sparkling rosé wine tastes like summer fruit – strawberry, watermelon and peach.

These dealcoholized bubbles come in a box with four 8oz cans, with each can a single serving. It’s also low in calories, carbs and sugar compared to many other alcohol free beverages.

Lyre’s Classico

lyres non alcoholic sparkling wine in a mini can

Lyre’s has a unique approach to producing non-alcoholic beverages, focusing on aroma as a major contributor to flavor. In Lyre’s Classico, aromas include green apple, lime, and slightly floral notes.

The tart green apple freshness is complemented with pear and peach flavors that add depth to this non-alcoholic sparkling wine. Plus it comes in 4 8.5oz cute gold cans that would be perfect favors for a wedding or holiday party.

Badass Mom Non-Alcoholic Sparkling White

So, one of your friends who loves wine is pregnant and you need to plan a baby shower. Unlike some na beverages, Badass Mom’s dealcoholized sparkling wines are 0.0% alcohol, and the brand is focused on empowering moms to celebrate with a glass of bubbles.

Upon opening, the aroma is similar to sherry in the rosé. The sparkling white is floral with a hint white peach. If you’re looking for a non-alcoholic sparkling like the real thing, stock your baby shower favor bags with one of their cute bottles of non-alcoholic sparkling white or rosé.

Töst Sparkling Rosé

tost sparkling tea rose and white in small bottles like mini non alcoholic champagne

Töst Sparkling Rosé and Sparkling White are unique in the world of non-alcoholic drinks. It makes sense that they do not taste quite like sparkling wine because these two products are actually a carbonated blend of tea and fruit juice. For some, that’s a great option, as not everyone is looking for an exact flavor substitute to alcoholic bubbles.

Given the natural ingredients and low calories, these bubbly beverages are just as festive to drink. The rosé is sweet and fruity with a slight dryness. The singles come in packs of four 8oz bottles with a minimalist design that features the pretty colors of the bubbles.

Gruvi Alcohol Free Bubbly Rosé

gruvi zero alcohol sparkling rose in single serving bottle pack

Gruvi’s Bubbly Rosé is a sparkling wine substitute that happens to be completely alcohol free, gluten and sulfite free. Plus it’s low in calories. There are no added sugars, but by using juice (not fermented) from Chardonnay and Cabernet grapes, sugar is present. This results in a fairly sweet and fruity bubbly with tart citrus for balance.

Gruvi also makes a prosecco substitute that’s popular. The 9.3oz bottle format is slightly larger than other drinks on this list, which provides enough of a serving without feeling the need to reach for a second. Ice cold, its a great non-alcoholic option to throw in the cooler at a party.

Fre Sparkling Brut

Fre is Sutter Home’s non-alcoholic wine brand, producing sparkling wine from California grapes. Fre Sparkling Brut bubbles are delicate and smell of spring pear and tart green apple. When sipping, you might notice a hint of strawberry and sweet grape. This best-reviewed sparkling wine is a favorite, both for its balance between dry and sweet, as well as its lower cost compared to similar products.

Fre is one of the sweeter non-alcoholic sparkling wines on this list. The rosé and brut come in 8.45oz cans with a decorative design that makes them great for party favors and gifts.

Surely Sparkling Rosé

pink can and box of 4 mini non alcoholic champagne

Made from a blend of dealcoholized rosé wine from California grapes, fruit juice, and acacia gum, Surely’s Sparkling Rosé comes in a 250ml can with a modern design.

Tropical fruit aromas of melon, guava and kiwi are balanced by a light acidity that makes this a refreshing bubbly rosé to pack for the park on summer day or a gift for a non-drinking friend. Plus, the low calories and sugar are impressive, given most in this category are on the sweet side.

Vinada Amazing Airén Gold

non alcoholic sparkling wine in small bottle for party favors

Vinada Amazing Airén Gold is a dealcoholized sparkling wine from Spain. They produce a few different wines, but this one is made from the Spanish grape Airén. The bubbles are a lovely pale yellow color with the taste of citrus and white grapes. This non-alcoholic sparkling wine is It’s similar to a sweet prosecco, but without the bitter or tart finish of alcohol.

Presented in single serving format with an elegant gold and cream label, Vinada would be a great party favor and gift for the holidays or special occasion.

More Non Alcoholic Sparkling Wine

While Lietz might make the best non-alcoholic sparkling wine in small format, there are several other great options in full bottle size. This brand has yet to release a mini version, but one of my favorite alcohol free sparkling wines is Noughty Organic Sparkling Chardonnay (link to full review).

Sparkling wine is generally better than most non-alcoholic still wines, so if you’re trying non-alcoholic wine for the first time, I recommend you start with bubbles.

What is Non Alcoholic Wine?

Non-alcoholic wine is made using dealcoholization techniques or vacuum distillation techniques to remove the majority of the alcohol from a standard alcoholic wine.

In the end, what remains is an alcohol-free beverage, hopefully preserving the flavor and aroma compounds that are unique to each type of grape used. Most places around the world allow wine with 0.5% alcohol or less to be labeled as “non-alcoholic.”

A third way non-alcoholic wine can be crafted is to blend ingredients. In the case of some non-alcoholic sparkling wines, carbonated grape juice is blended with other flavors. This method is often used for completely alcohol free sparkling wines, as the other two methods usually result in a beverage with a very low alcohol content (0.5% ABV).

Non Alcoholic Wine for Pregnancy

Since the single serving non-alcoholic sparkling wines are perfect for party favors, it’s natural to consider them for baby showers. But you might be wondering if non-alcoholic wine is safe for pregnancy. Read more on this here.

Most consider these products safe, as they contain around the same amount of alcohol as a ripe banana. I’m not a doctor, so I can’t tell you what is safe for your medical condition.

If you are concerned about this, stick to the completely alcohol free beverages (0.0% abv) and talk to your doctor about the specific non-alcoholic beverages you would like to try.

Mini Non Alcoholic Champagne: Party Favor or a Personal Treat?

Any of these single format bottles and cans would be the perfect addition to a gift bag, party favor, or table setting at any event. Aside from events, non-alcoholic sparkling wine can be a way to treat yourself on a weekday lunch. These bubbles feel festive but won’t slow you down like alcohol.

Want a mini sparkling wine that’s crisp and refreshing? Eins Zwei Zero Sparkling Riesling is the best option and comes in a cute blue can. I love that it has some minerality in it, like real champagne. You can even buy it in single cans and various size packs up to 24.

If you’re looking for a non-alcoholic pink champagne, try Sovi Sparkling Rosé. It comes in a very giftable 4-pack.

In addition to mini non-alcoholic champagne bottles, there are some great canned aperitifs and ready-to-drink products on the market, so be sure to check the product reviews if you’re into mocktails.
