- 50 ml Caleño
- 10 ml Fresh lemon juice
- 10 ml 2:1 Sugar syrup or gomme
- Soda water
- Build ingredients over ice in a Collins glass and top with soda water and a slice of lemon peel.
- *Sugar Syrup: Warm 2 parts sugar & 1 part water over medium heat. Stir until dissolved. Let cool.
