This tropical non-alcoholic Collins recipe was selected to be featured after testing Caleño in several non-alcoholic drinks, including other brand recommended mocktails.

Ingredients
 

  • 50 ml Caleño
  • 10 ml Fresh lemon juice
  • 10 ml 2:1 Sugar syrup or gomme
  • Soda water

Instructions

  • Build ingredients over ice in a Collins glass and top with soda water and a slice of lemon peel.

Notes

  • *Sugar Syrup: Warm 2 parts sugar & 1 part water over medium heat. Stir until dissolved. Let cool.
