This sweet and tropical mocktail recipe was selected to be featured after testing Caleño in several non-alcoholic drinks, including other brand recommended mocktails.
Servings 1 mocktail


  • 50 ml Caleño
  • 20 ml Pineapple juice
  • 15 ml 2:1 Sugar syrup or gomme*
  • 6-8 Mint leaves



  • Shake it, strain it into an ice-filled glass, and garnish with a sprig of mint.


  • *Sugar Syrup/Gomme: Warm 2 parts sugar & 1 part water over medium heat. Stir until dissolved. Let cool.
