This tropical non-alcoholic Collins recipe was selected to be featured after testing Caleño in several non-alcoholic drinks, including other brand recommended mocktails.
- 50 ml Caleño
- 10 ml Fresh lemon juice
- 10 ml 2:1 Sugar syrup or gomme
- Soda water
- *Sugar Syrup: Warm 2 parts sugar & 1 part water over medium heat. Stir until dissolved. Let cool.
