Non-Alcoholic Spanish Drink: Versin and Soda
This non-alcoholic version of a classic Spanish aperitivo, vermut and soda, is an approved substitute, using a Spanish-made non-alcoholic drink.
Ingredients
- 1.5 oz Versin Aperitivo
- 4.5 oz club soda
- lemon twist (for garnish)
Equipment
- Old Fashioned glass
- Bar spoon
Instructions
- Fill an Old Fashioned glass with ice, then layer vermouth and club soda.
- Stir gently and garnish with a lemon twist.
